About me? I am a non-invasive cardiologist and assistant professor of medicine practicing in New York City.

Dr.Thachil, MD, FACC is a board certified non-invasive cardiologist practicing in NYC.

Her clinical interests including acute cardiovascular care, cardiac critical care, and health disparities.

In addition to fighting the plague that is cardiovascular disease, she is passionate about advancing womens’ roles in medicine/leadership, as well addressing health disparities in cardiovascular care.

She is a member of the American College of Cardiology (ACC), American Medical Association, American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) and Gender Equity Task Force, American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL), and American Medical Writers Association.

She currently serves as the co-chair of AMWA’s Gender Equity Task Force, and also serves on ACC’s cardiac critical care leadership council. She is a candidate at Wharton’s executive MBA program (‘25), a Doximity Digital Health fellow (2023), and also holds certificates in physician leadership and bioethics.

In her free time, Rosy enjoys writing/blogging, international travel, personal development, and music.
